Drum Major Camp
So this last week I went to a Drum Major Camp at UNLV. The first few nights were tough and due to the business of the last few weeks I just wanted to come home and sleep. I leared a lot and it feet like my head was going to explode. To make a long story short I leared a butt load and in the end I was SO glad I went. We did a really cool demo and I had my brother tape it. He didn't do a very good job but if you guys wanna see what I did all week you can check it out. I hope all you band types can appreciate all I went through to make up better. This marching season is gonna rock and the field show is gonna be even better. I have lots of new ideas for improvement and hope to put them to the test. If you have any questions or ideas let me know. Oh yah and all the kids at camp called me UTAH. It was kinda cool. Well, I'm out.

Yay! Another post. Maybe people do care. Nah! That is awesome! drum major camp sounds pretty cool. I want to run for my junior year. Something I have wanted to do since watching the bands march down the street as a young child. I hope you do well. I really hope you do well. and what is with that comment "all you band types" You are one of us, DM or not!
I understand that I am still part of the usness of band and I love that fact. I just hope everybody else in band realizes what I went through for us.
Yay for new styles, I know how hard it is to learn a new style of marching, i'm proud of you for sticken through it.
